Parade of Lights
The Parade of Lights theme will be "Willy Wonka and the Christmas Factory."
Floats will be stationary and people will be able to drive through Pioneer Park and view them. Santa and his helpers will be by the exit with bags of candy to be given to each car load instead of handing it out throughout the route.
